Class types 

Hybrid

A mix of strength and conditioning, Hybrid classes combine lifting with high-energy workouts to build all-round fitness. Expect a balance of weights, cardio, and functional training designed to push you and keep things varied. Beginner options are always available.

Hyrox

Our HYROX classes are functional workout stations to build strength, fitness, and confidence. Designed to be challenging but accessible, these sessions are suitable for all levels, whether you're new to hyrox or looking to push yourself. Beginner options are always available

Strength

Focused, structured strength training to help you build muscle, improve technique, and get stronger over time. These sessions use weights, and coached programming to deliver real results. Beginner options are always available

Lower Body

Target your glutes, legs, and lower body with focused strength and conditioning work. Expect a mix of compound lifts and accessory exercises designed to build strength, shape, and power. Beginner options are always available.

Conditioning

High-energy, fast-paced sessions designed to improve fitness, burn calories, and boost endurance. A mix of cardio, circuits, and functional movements to keep your heart rate up and your workouts effective. Beginner options are always available

Yoga And Mat pilates

Yoga & Mat Pilates (Studio)

Slow things down and reset with our studio-based Yoga and Mat Pilates classes. Designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and core strength, these sessions help support your training while promoting balance, control, and recovery in a calm, guided environment. Included in our Gym + Classes membership.

Bootcamp 

Bootcamp (All Levels)
Join us for a high-energy bootcamp with a different focus each session—Tuesday targets lower body, Wednesday focuses on upper body, and Friday is full body. Build strength, improve endurance, and work at your own level with options provided throughout.
